INFLUENCING SKILLS

Based on research and strategies defined in Dr. Marvin Gottlieb’s book, Getting Things Done in Today’s Organization: The Influencing Executive. This course provides skills to Management, Supervisory, and Sales staff who need to gain the cooperation of their staff and others both inside and outside the organization over whom there is little or no direct authority.

Audience: Management and Supervisory personnel at any level; Project Managers and others with matrix management involvement; Sales, Marketing and others with customer or vendor interface.
