2007 has brought several exciting developments for The Communication Project. Our Coaching for maximum Performance is still being delivered internationally, with a delivery in Shanghai scheduled this winter.

Dr. Gottlieb’s seventh book- The Matrix Organization Reloaded: Adventures in Team and Project Management, came out this summer and is available through www.greenwood.com or www.amazon.com . It is a fascinating look at Matrix management through case studies and an in depth analysis of its formation, practices, benefits, and downfalls. In today’s global economy where teams are spread across the globe, Matrix management is a timely topic to examine.

We hope you notice changes to our website, which has been redesigned and expanded by Jayme Holmes. After much debate, we decided to keep the “learning room” as our home page as opposed to the more cluttered appearance of many current websites.
